 At Two Teachers Alliance, your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that all of our products are sold and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon. As such, Amazon’s Return and Refund Policy governs all orders placed through our website. 

If you wish to return a product you purchased from us, please follow these steps:

3. Find the item you want to return and select “Return or Replace Items.”
    
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to print your return label and process the return.

• Amazon will issue a refund based on the item’s condition and your reason for return.
   
• Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received.
   
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with Amazon’s policies.
   
• Some exclusions or restrictions may apply based on the product type (e.g., digital downloads, opened media, etc.).
